All traffic ordinances in effect within Plymouth Township governing
and dealing with the operation of motor vehicles upon the highways
of Plymouth Township (shall carry) the fines and penalties prescribed
by Act No. 81 of the Pennsylvania Legislature, adopted June 17, 1976.
