A. 
Written permission required; subsequent action for violators. It is unlawful for any person to enter or trespass upon the property of another for the purpose of hunting thereon during the season for hunting in Charles County, unless such person shall have first secured from the owner or person in possession of the property written permission to hunt thereon. Any person hunting upon the property of another shall exhibit his written permission to hunt thereon upon the request of the Sheriff or any deputy or the owner or person in possession. The Sheriff or any Deputy Sheriff shall, upon the request of the owner or person in possession of any property on which there is hunting, arrest any person thereon without the written permission of the owner or person in possession.
B. 
Penalty provisions. Violation of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500.
