The Board of Appeals shall consist of five members, plus one alternate.
The term of office of the members of the Board of Appeals shall be three years, and henceforth the term of the members of said Board shall be on a staggered basis.[1]

The members of the Board of Appeals shall receive an expense allowance as provided in the annual budget.[1]
