A.
Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specified shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10-99 of the Code.

B.
International Property Maintenance Code §§ 302.8 and 303.2 shall be added to those ordinances enforceable through the P-ticket method of enforcement as provided by the provisions of § 10-99. Enforcement may also be had utilizing code violation tickets as set forth in § 10-99
