Whenever any manufactured home park is proposed, the developer or his agent shall apply in writing to the administrator of this chapter for approval and shall, in accordance with Article IX of this chapter, submit 11 copies of the proposed manufactured home park plan.
Engineering drawings and specifications shall be submitted and reviewed in accordance with § 152-47.
When the manufactured home park plan is approved, a notice to
proceed will be issued for the construction of the manufactured home
park. The construction will be inspected by the Building Official
and the agent. When the manufactured home park is ready for occupancy,
a notice of compliance will be issued by the agent.
