Any administrative fee and all costs incurred by the Borough
to satisfy the notice requirements of the Municipal Claims and Tax
Liens Act, being a cost of collection, shall be assessed against any
property and added to the unpaid sewer rentals, refuse fees, Fire
Marshal fees, delinquent real estate taxes and abatement of delinquent
municipal claims. This administrative charge shall not exceed $50,
plus certified postage costs.

Interest will be assessed upon all delinquent sewer rentals,
refuse fees, Fire Marshal fees, delinquent real estate taxes and abatement
of delinquent municipal claims at a rate of 10% per annum and added
to the unpaid claims.

The Borough Council of the Borough of East Lansdowne may appoint,
from time to time, by resolution, a Solicitor to collect delinquent
sewer rentals, refuse fees, Fire Marshal fees, delinquent real estate
taxes and abatement of delinquent municipal claims.
