The Borough Council of the Borough of East Lansdowne hereby
grants a nonexclusive franchise to Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania,
LLC.

The Franchise Agreement executed between the Borough of East
Lansdowne and Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC, is incorporated
by reference and made a part hereof and attached hereto.[1]
