[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Corinth 8-23-1995 (Ch. 15, Art. II, of the 1983 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
The Village Board, after due consideration, has determined that it is desirable and in the public interest to undertake the necessary planning steps and related work to initiate the preparation of grant applications from the federal government, New York State agencies and various private and not-for-profit foundations. The efforts would include the design, implementation and successful completion of the fund programs and projects.
B. 
The Village Board authorizes the preparation of all necessary plans, documents and implementation actions as they relate to the submittal of applications.
The project, known as the "Village of Corinth Grant Access Program," shall be adopted.
A. 
The Mayor is authorized to execute all funding applications and related documents necessary for the implementation of this work.[1]
