It is and shall be unlawful for any person to haul, drive, conduct
or cause to be driven, hauled or conducted over any of the highways
in the Town of Lenox, any tractor or any other apparatus or farm machinery
equipped with lugs, dogs, cleats, spikes or other cutting surfaces
that come in contact with the said highway while being driven, hauled
or conducted over said highway.
This chapter shall not be construed to prohibit a person owning
a farm on both sides of a highway from going from one side to the
other with his tractor and implements; provided, however, that in
traversing the highway he shall not drive more than 150 feet.

Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction, be
punished by fine or imprisonment, or both, as the case may require,
but said fine shall not exceed $250 nor shall such imprisonment exceed
15 days.[1]
