Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 82A and 520 CMR
14.00, as amended from time to time, the Superintendent of Public
Works or his designee is designated as the permitting authority for
the issuance of trench permits in the Town of Agawam. In the issuance
of trench permits, the Superintendent of Public Works or his designee
shall follow the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter
82A and 520 CMR 14.00, as amended from time to time.
The fee for a trench permit in the Town of Agawam shall be $25.
The Town of Agawam shall be exempt from the payment of trench permit
fees under this article.
