Editor's Note: An ordinance enacted 2-2-1970 repealed former Sections 11-39 through 11-48, pertaining to restaurants and similar establishments, derived, in part, from an ordinance enacted 2-7-1949, § 1 through 10, and an ordinance enacted 12-16-1957, § 1. The ordinance recites "the County of Dutchess has officially notified the city that the County health department extends to control the sanitary conditions in public eating and drinking establishments."
