In all districts, adequate loading areas shall be provided so
that all vehicles loading, maneuvering or unloading are completely
off the public ways.
In all districts and in connection with every use, there shall
be provided at the time any use or building is erected, enlarged,
extended, or increased off-street parking stalls for all vehicles.
A.
Access. Adequate access to a public street shall be provided for
each parking space and driveways shall be at least 10 feet wide for
one- and two-family dwellings and 24 feet for all other uses.
B.
Surfacing. All off-street parking areas shall be graded and surfaced
so as to be dust-free and properly drained. Parking areas for more
than 10 vehicles shall have the aisles and spaces clearly marked.

D.
Design. Off-street parking area for more than five vehicles shall
be effectively screened on each site which adjoins or faces premises
situated in any residential district, by a fence of acceptable design,
wall or compact hedge. Such fence, wall or hedge shall not be less
than four feet and no solid portion shall be more than six feet in
height and shall be maintained in good condition. The space between
such fence, wall or hedge and the side lot line of adjoining premises
in any residential district shall be landscaped with grass, hardy
shrubs or evergreen ground cover and maintained in good condition.
