[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Municipality
of Kingston 10-1-2012 by Ord. No. 2012-6. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Town Council of the Municipality of Kingston imposes an
interest rate of 10% per annum on the balance owed on all delinquent
accounts and liens owed to the Municipality of Kingston. "Delinquency"
shall be defined as an amount not paid within 30 days of issuance
of the bill or the imposition of a lien therefor.
