The Village of Blue Mounds is under the jurisdiction of the
Dane County Board of Health. Any references in this chapter to "Board
of Health" shall be deemed to be references to the Dane County Board
of Health.
It shall be the duty of the Board of Health to assume the general
administration of health laws and regulations and to attend to the
administration and enforcement of the health laws of the state and
the rules and regulations prescribed by the State Board of Health.[1]
