[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of

Pursuant to §§ 60.10(2)(c), 62.23, 61.35, and
60.22(3) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, the Village of Blue Mounds
is authorized to prepare, adopt and amend a comprehensive plan as
defined in § 66.1001(1)(a) and 66.1001(2) of the Statutes.
The Village Board, by enactment of an ordinance, formally adopted
the document titled "Village of Blue Mounds, Dane County, Wisconsin
Comprehensive Plan 2008 – 2030" on December 10, 2008.
The Village Plan Commission, by a majority vote of the Plan
Commission at a meeting on March 23, 2021, recommended the adoption
of the Village of Blue Mounds Comprehensive Plan Amendment 2021 by
the Village Board as the ten-year update to the Village Comprehensive
Plan required by § 66.1001(2)(i) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
The Village published a Class 1 notice and held a public hearing
on May 12, 2021, to obtain public comments regarding the Comprehensive
Plan amendment and update.
The Village Board hereby adopts this article adopting Village
of Blue Mounds Comprehensive Plan Amendment 2021 as the ten-year update
to the Village of Blue Mounds Comprehensive Plan.
The Village Clerk is directed to send a copy of the plan update
to the parties listed in § 66.1001(4)(b) of the Wisconsin
Statutes.
