Emergency services — See Ch. 17.
The Joint Municipal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with
Perkasie Borough is hereby incorporated by reference, which is available
for inspection at the Sellersville Borough Office.
The duration of the term of said agreement shall be from January
1, 2003, to December 31, 2006, and may be extended as provided for
within the agreement.[1]

Editor's Note: The agreement was extended by motion to
approve second amendment to the Law Services Agreement on 2-7-2011.
The funds necessary for payment of law enforcement services
with Perkasie Borough shall come from the general fund revenues of
the Borough of Sellersville.
