Town of Pacific, WI Article I Golf Carts

§ 392-1 Yielding right-of-way.

Before entering upon any Town road, the operator of a golf cart shall stop and yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles.

§ 392-2 Crossing Town roads.

Golf carts may cross Town roads only at such points as are marked and designated by the Town as crossing points with signs approved by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

§ 392-3 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person violating this article may be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-1 of this Code.
