Regional Planning Agency — See Ch. 89.
The City of Norwalk hereby adopts Connecticut General Statutes,
Section 4-124c through 4-124h, inclusive, as amended, and authorizes
the establishment and membership in a Regional Council of Elected
Officials within the Southwestern Regional Planning area.
The Mayor shall be the designated representative.
Participation by the City of Norwalk in the business of the
Regional Council shall be dependent upon the approval of the bylaws,
and any subsequent amendments thereto, of the Regional Council by
the Norwalk Common Council.
