A.
It shall
be unlawful to hawk, peddle, or sell any goods or services either
upon the streets or door-to-door within the corporate limits of the
Town without first having obtained a license from the Mayor and Council.
B.
Any person
violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction before the proper officials, be subject to a
fine not to exceed $100 for each offense.
A.
Vendors who are required to obtain a license under the provisions of § 284-1A of this chapter shall pay an annual vendor fee of $250.
B.
A vendor who desires a license for less than one year may obtain
such license by paying a fee of $50 for each day on which said vendor
desires to hawk, peddle, or sell merchandise either upon the streets
or from door-to-door within the corporate limits of the Town.
