A. 
Members and term. The Town Board shall consist of five members who shall serve two-year terms. Three supervisors shall be elected in odd-numbered years, one of whom shall be designated on the ballot as Town Chairperson with the powers and duties set forth in § 60.24, Wis. Stats. Two supervisors shall be elected in even numbered years.
B. 
Powers and duties. The Town Board has the powers and duties set forth in §§ 60.22 and 60.23, Wis. Stats., and has been granted village powers by resolution of Town electors at the Annual Town Meeting pursuant to §§ 60.10(2)(c) and 60.22(3), Wis. Stats.

Term. The Town Constable shall be elected in odd-numbered years for a term of two years.
B. 
Powers and duties. Pursuant to §§ 60.22(4), Wis. Stats., the Town Constable shall have the powers and duties established by the Town Board under this section. Pursuant to § 173.03, Wis. Stats., the Town Constable is appointed as a humane officer with the powers and duties set forth in § 173.07, Wis. Stats., including the power to issue citations for violations of ordinances relating to animals, but shall not have the powers and duties of a law enforcement officer or be considered a law enforcement officer for purposes of § 173.07(5), Wis. Stats.
