There is imposed upon all certificated providers of telecommunications
service occupying the public rights-of-way of the Town a fee in accordance
with Code of Virginia of 1950, § 56-468.1, as amended.
Nothing in this article shall affect the type or amount of fees
payable by provider of cable television services pursuant to any existing
or future franchise, license or permit granted by the Town.
