After using up said earned sick leave, said City employees are entitled to receive benefits under the City's Wage Continuation Program.
The City Council may, by resolution, upon recommendation of the head of the department, in addition to the sick leave or leave of absence, herein set forth, grant leave of absence without pay to any City employee for such period as Council may at that time determine.

A. 
Any City employee who is a member of the National Guard or any other organized military reserve, and is ordered to camp during any calendar year for a period not to exceed two weeks, will be given a two weeks' leave of absence in addition to any sick leave or other leave of absence that he is entitled to as an employee of the City.
B. 
This leave of absence to attend camp shall be in addition to his regular paid vacation period.
