A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City of Washington's Clerk, being marked and designated as the "2002 BOCA International Property Maintenance Code," as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Washington, in the State of Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 130-33.
The BOCA International Property Maintenance Code is amended
and revised in the following respects:
A.
Section PM-101.1 (page 1, second line). Insert: "City
of Washington."
B.
Section PM-106.4 (page 3, fourth line). Insert: "as
stipulated by local laws."
C.
Section PM-303.15 (page 10, first and second lines).
Insert: "yearly."
D.
Section PM-602.3 (page 17, fifth line). Insert: "yearly."
E.
Section PM-602.4 (page 17, third line). Insert: "yearly."
