The owner of any campground in the Town of Pacific is hereby
authorized to collect any personal property taxes assessed on all
personal property located in the owner's campground to be remitted
to the Town Treasurer on or before January 31 of each taxing year.
The owner of the campground shall be entitled to the administrative
fee of $250, payable on or before February 15 of each taxing year,
for collection of all personal property taxes.
