The Town of Pacific elects not to give the bond on the Municipal
Treasurer provided by § 70.67(1), Wis. Stats.
Pursuant to § 70.67(2), Wis. Stats., the Town of Pacific
shall be obligated to pay, in case the Treasurer thereof shall fail
to do so, all state and county taxes required by law to be paid by
such Treasurer to the County Treasurer.
The Town Clerk shall forthwith file a certified copy of this
article with the County Treasurer.
