All multifamily buildings with four residential units or more
in one building shall have the entire building exterminated for all
types of rodents, insects and vermin every month.
A.
A copy
of the contract that provides for monthly extermination shall be provided
to the City of Union City Health Department within 30 days after this
article becomes effective.
B.
Proof
of the one-year contract for monthly extermination shall be submitted
to the Health Department on or before July 31 of each year.
This article shall take effect as of July 1, 2013, and after
notice of this article has been mailed to all property owners affected
by this article.
