All traffic signals and flashing warning devices, and their associated pavement markings and materials, shall be designed, constructed, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the procedural requirements and technical specifications set forth in the Code of the Township of Upper Hanover, Chapter 425, Subdivision and Land Development, § 425-400G.
