Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, penalties and
fines for violations of this chapter shall be as provided in the Motor
Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any person who violates the parking meter provisions of this
chapter shall be subject to the following penalties:
A. If paid within 48 hours of the time and date after the ticket was
issued: $2.
B. If paid after 48 hours and within 20 calendar days of the date the
ticket was issued: $5.
C. If paid 21 calendar days or more after the ticket was issued: $10.

Any person who violates provisions of this chapter prohibiting
parking in a restricted zone, including but not limited to parking
on a street at a time designated for street cleaning of that street,
shall be subject to the following fines:
A. If the fine is paid within 20 days of the date of issuance of the
ticket and/or citation, the fine shall be no less than $10.
B. If the fine is paid after 21 or more calendar days after issuance,
the fine shall be $20.

Any person who violates the provisions of any ordinance prohibiting
parking in a handicapped parking stall or provisions of Section 3354(d)
of the Vehicle Code shall pay a fine as provided by 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3354(f)
and (g).
