GENERAL REFERENCES
Officers and employees — See Ch. 63.
As provided in § 7.15, Wis. Stats., the Clerk-Treasurer shall have charge of and supervise all elections which shall be held in the Village.
A. 
Appointment. Election officials shall be appointed pursuant to § 7.30, Wis. Stats.
B. 
Number. Except as provided in Subsection C below, there shall be seven inspectors for each election.
C. 
Reduction of number. Pursuant to § 7.32, Wis. Stats., the Clerk-Treasurer may reduce the number of election inspectors for any given election to not less than three.
Elected Village officials shall be nominated by caucus, pursuant to § 8.05(1), Wis. Stats. Between December 1 and January 1, the date of the caucus held between the first Tuesday and the last Tuesday in January shall be decided. The Clerk-Treasurer shall post a notice of the caucus in his office and publish the notice pursuant to § 8.05(1)(b), Wis. Stats.
The polls of the Village shall open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. for all elections.
