A.
Appointment; purpose. The State Senator of Charles County shall appoint
a Committee for the Development and Utilization of Human Resources,
subject to approval of the County Commissioners, to function and administer
funds pursuant to the Federal Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, Poverty
Program.
B.
Operational funding and financial support for programs authorized.
The County Commissioners are authorized to provide the necessary financing
for the office and management of the affairs of the Committee for
the Development and Utilization of Human Resources. They are further
authorized to provide funds for the programs adopted by said Committee.
The dispensing of funds pursuant to appropriate legislation with state
and federal agencies shall be arranged with the County Commissioners
of Charles County.
