Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. I,
Recordation Tax, adopted 6-4-1991 by Ord. No. 91-59.
The recordation tax rate in Charles County is $5 for each $500
or fraction of $500 of consideration payable or of the principal amount
of the debt secured for an instrument of writing.
