There is hereby created the office of Municipal Engineer.
The Municipal Engineer shall be appointed by the Township Committee.
The term of office of the Municipal Engineer shall be one year
from the first day of January in the year of appointment.
The Municipal Engineer shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Township Committee.
The salary of the Municipal Engineer shall be as fixed by the
annual Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood. Additional
fees shall be approved by the Township Committee.
