There is hereby created the office of the Municipal Clerk for
the Township of Eagleswood.
The Municipal Clerk shall be appointed by the Township Committee
and shall serve a term of three years, as provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133.
The Municipal Clerk shall serve as the Clerk of the Township
Committee, perform such functions as may be required by law and shall
maintain the records and minutes of the Township Committee.
The salary of the Municipal Clerk shall be as fixed by the annual
Salary Ordinance of the Township of Eagleswood.
