The office of Borough Code Enforcement Officer is hereby created.
The duties of the Borough Code Enforcement Officer shall be
such as are usually performed in accordance with the law by such official
and shall include but not be limited to enforcement of the International
Building Code, the National Fire Code, Borough ordinances, and other
duties as prescribed by resolution or ordinance, hereafter passed
by Council.
