Additional parking limitations may be adopted by either resolution of the Village of Greenville Board of Trustees or action of the Village Administrator, with copies of all such action to be kept with the Village Clerk for the Village of Greenville.
A. 
No commercial vehicle shall be parked on any Village road/street, Village park or Village right-of-way between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. No commercial vehicle shall be parked on any Village road/street at any other times for a period longer than necessary to service or provide service or materials at the location where parked or standing, except as authorized by the Village President, in writing, under unique circumstances where public safety is not impaired.
B. 
"Commercial vehicle" shall be defined as any motor vehicle ordinarily used or designed for the delivery of goods, wares, merchandise, or material of any kind or for the transporting of people, supplies or tools in the conduct of any occupation, employment or business, including all trucks and buses (school or charter) of any nature used as described herein.
C. 
No construction equipment or containers shall be parked on any Village road/street, Village park or Village right-of-way between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
D. 
No person shall park his/her automobile or other vehicle on Village roads in the Village between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of each day from midnight of November 15 through to midnight of April 15 of the subsequent year. In the event the owner, or operator, of such vehicles shall not attend to its removal, the Village President or his designee is authorized to move such vehicles to some suitable location, at the owner's expense.

E. 
These regulations shall be effective after passage, publication and after signs have been erected at or reasonably near the corporate limits of the Villages as provided in § 349.13, Wis. Stats.
No person shall park any automobile or other vehicle on Village roads in the Village of Greenville that do not have a curb-and-gutter street section and where the speed limit exceeds 30 mph. The Village President may also waive this section for special events.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a forfeiture amount set from time to time by ordinance in the Fine and Forfeiture Schedule of the Village of Greenville.[1]
