Borough of Duncannon, PA Article IX Fees

§ 185-27 Commission fee.

Editor's Note: Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).

At the time of filing, the preliminary plan shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Borough Treasurer in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council for each lot, parcel, or dwelling unit in the proposed subdivision or development, with a minimum total charge as set by resolution of the Borough Council to cover the Commission's cost of checking and verifying the proposed plans and other required maps and data.

§ 185-28 Engineering fee.

At the time of filing, the preliminary plan shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Borough Treasurer in an amount determined by the Engineer to be sufficient to cover the costs of:

A. Reviewing the engineering details.

B. Inspecting the site for conformance to survey.

C. Percolation tests.

D. Preparing cost estimates of required improvements.

E. Inspection of required improvements during installation.

F. Final inspection on completion of installation of required improvements.
