A. 
Except for the purpose of moving or delivering supplies or commodities to or from a place of business or residence facing thereon, no truck or vehicle having a combined gross vehicle weight of 8,000 pounds or more shall be parked on any of the streets set forth in § 330-9 of this article.
B. 
No person shall park or leave parked at any time on any street referenced in § 330-9 any trailer which is not attached to a motor vehicle. Trailers shall include but not be limited to travel trailers and trailers designed to haul or carry boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles and goods and/or personal property.

No person shall park or permit any vehicle to remain parked on any of the streets set forth in § 330-9 of this article, from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., from November 15 through March 31 of each year.
The provisions of this article shall apply to the following streets in the Town of Addison:

The head of the Department of Public Works is directed to install the appropriate parking signs.
Any person violating this article may be required to forfeit not less than $20 nor more than $40 for the first offense and not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the second or subsequent conviction within a year.
