A.
Except for the purpose of moving or delivering supplies or commodities to or from a place of business or residence facing thereon, no truck or vehicle having a combined gross vehicle weight of 8,000 pounds or more shall be parked on any of the streets set forth in § 330-9 of this article.
B.
No person shall park or leave parked at any time on any street referenced in § 330-9 any trailer which is not attached to a motor vehicle. Trailers shall include but not be limited to travel trailers and trailers designed to haul or carry boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles and goods and/or personal property.

No person shall park or permit any vehicle to remain parked on any of the streets set forth in § 330-9 of this article, from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., from November 15 through March 31 of each year.
The provisions of this article shall apply to the following

The head of the Department of Public Works is directed to install
the appropriate parking signs.
Any person violating this article may be required to forfeit
not less than $20 nor more than $40 for the first offense and not
less than $50 nor more than $100 for the second or subsequent conviction
within a year.
