No person within the City shall install or use any exterior located furnace for the heating of any building in the City of Lancaster, whether commercial, residential, or a garage. Such furnaces include, but are not limited to, outdoor water circulating/recycling wood fire furnaces, coal furnaces, waste oil furnaces, or any other furnace not located within the interior walls of the building for which it is providing heat.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction of such violation, be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Municipal Code.
