[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Port Vue 11-23-1956 by Ord. No. 141 (Ch. 10, Part 1, of the 1989 Code
of Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Borough of
Port Vue that upon the establishment of the County Department of Health
of Allegheny County, the Borough of Port Vue will cease to exercise
any of the public health functions vested in it by law and become
subject to the jurisdiction of said County Department of Health.
