For the purpose of this chapter, this municipality is hereby
divided into the following districts. The initials designated hereinafter
as representing the district may be used in referring to said districts.
Low Density Residential (R-1)

Medium Density Residential (R-2)

Central Commercial (C-1)

Neighborhood and Local Commercial (C-2)

B.
Boundary determination. Where uncertainty exists with respect to
the boundaries of any district as shown on the Zoning Map, the following
rules shall apply:
(1)
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following center
lines of roads, railroads, streams, parks or reservations, such lines
shall be construed to be such boundaries.
(2)
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following lot
lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
(3)
In subdivided land or where district boundaries do not follow lot
lines or are not indicated by dimensions shown on the Map, said boundaries
shall be determined by the use of the scale appearing thereon.
