There shall be no smoking of any kind on the entire area along
North Main Street and in front of the Village Hall, located at 167
North Main Street, Liberty, New York, and the Village of Liberty Police
Department, located at 159 North Main Street, Liberty, New York, from
the curb to the buildings.
A.Â
A violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct.
B.Â
In the event of a violation of this chapter, a first offense shall
be punishable by a fine not exceeding $50; a second offense committed
within 18 months of the commission of a prior offense under this chapter
shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250; and a third offense
(and all additional offenses) committed within 18 months of the commission
of a prior offense under this chapter shall be punishable by a fine
not exceeding $500.
