The Village shall establish the REU equivalent area, the REU
rate and REU methods and any subsequent changes or modifications by
resolution which shall be on file with the Village Clerk of the Village
of Greenville. The Village shall review these determinations biannually
in open session.
Stormwater user fees for existing development shall commence
on July 1, 1999.
Stormwater user fees for new development shall commence from
the date of issuance of a building permit. Except for single-family
residences, no building permit shall be issued until a Village stormwater
service application is submitted and filed with the Building Inspector.
