Stormwater user fees shall be billed annually and be included
with annual property tax bills. A separate bill for user fees will
be issued annually by the Village to parcels which are exempt from
property taxes. All fees and charges of the Village shall be payable
with the first property tax payment or on or before January 31 of
the year following for which the charges are levied.
Stormwater user fees unpaid after 30 days from the date due
shall become a delinquent special charge and shall become a lien as
provided in § 66.0809 or 66.0703, Wis. Stats.
Special assessments shall be paid according to the terms of
any Village final resolution pursuant to § 66.0703, Wis.
Stats.
