No person shall modify or obstruct any ditch or drain within a Village road right-of-way without authorization of the Village Board.
No person shall modify or obstruct any drainageway, drainage facility or improvement within any drainage easement within the Village of Greenville.
No person shall deposit any brush, fill, junk, waste or any other materials in any drainage sewer, ditch or conveyance structure.
No person shall fail to maintain or repair any drainage sewer, ditch or conveyance structure in any drainage easement across or within the boundaries of property owned by that person.
No person shall connect or outlet, either directly or indirectly, any discharge line or sewer carrying anything other than stormwater, surface water runoff or groundwater to a stormwater sewer, ditch or conveyance structure.
Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by Village order and/or enforcement proceedings instituted in the name of the Village in the Circuit Court for Outagamie County.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any order issued by the Village under this chapter shall, upon conviction, forfeit an amount set from time to time by ordinance in the Fine and Forfeiture Schedule of the Village of Greenville.[1] Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
