This chapter is adopted pursuant to authority conferred by §§ 60.22(3),
61.34 and 86.07, Wis. Stats.
It is the purpose of this chapter to promote the public health,
safety, convenience and general welfare by establishing rules and
regulations relating to drainage that will preserve and protect Village
highways; preserve and protect property values; enhance aesthetics;
promote the economical use of Village resources; and promote a healthy
living environment.
