No person or corporation shall make any excavation or shall
in any way disturb or obstruct the right-of-way of any Town road within
10 feet of the actual roadway thereof except with a written permit
from the Town Clerk.
This article shall be supplemental to the provisions of Chapter
86 of the Wisconsin Statutes and shall not be construed as authorizing
any violations thereof.
Any person or corporation violating the provisions of this article
shall, in addition to the penalties provided in Chapter 86 of the
Wisconsin Statutes, be liable to the Town for a forfeiture not to
exceed $100 for each violation.
