An independent Auditor shall audit the accounts of Penn Township,
York County, Pennsylvania.
Said Auditor shall be a certified public accountant.
Said Auditor shall be appointed and his compensation set annually
by resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Penn Township, York
County, Pennsylvania. Said appointment shall be made at least 30 days
prior to the close of the fiscal year.
Upon the appointment of said Auditor, the office of Elected
Auditor is hereby absolved.
