1975 Code)]
The Board of Commissioners of Penn Township hereby appoints
the elected Tax Collector as a delinquent tax collector, and shall
do so annually hereafter.
The delinquent tax collector so appointed shall have the same
powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set forth in
Section 686 of the Public School Code of 1949.
This article shall become effective five days after date of
enactment as provided by law, and shall be retroactive to January
1, 2002.
