As used in the article, the following terms shall have the meaning
indicated:
Has the meaning ascribed to it in § 289-1, Definitions, and is intended to include garbage, recyclable materials, bulky trash, yard waste and all varieties of various wastes lawfully placed at curbside for collection and disposal.
It shall be unlawful for any resident, owner or tenant of a
property within the Township to leave at curbside any solid waste
or solid waste container for longer than 48 hours following the date
of scheduled removal thereof by the applicable person or entity authorized
to collect and dispose of the same.
Any person who violated or neglects to comply with any of the
provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by
a fine not exceeding $500.
