Effective January 1, 2011 current and newly elected members
of the Township Committee enrolled in the New Jersey State Health
Benefits Program shall be obliged to pay 100% of the Township's
cost for the provision of the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program
health coverage for that person as well as spouses and dependents,
as applicable.
The reimbursement required pursuant to § 28-1 hereof shall be paid through the provision of a statement by the Township Administrator to each affected person on a monthly basis payable within 30 days of the date thereof.
